The company RedTide Snc di Claudia Pittarello & Paolo Crugnola, avente sede legale in Via Oro 5 a Verbania  (VB), Italia, Vat number: IT02489080032, REA:VB-204446 informs about the purposes, methods, and procedures for communication and divulgation, as well as to the nature of collected personal data.

1. Data collection and processing purposes

Personal data are collected by RedTide snc (Data Controller) and are processed directly by the interested party, and will be processed and used directly for the purposes of law or on upon request of the authorities empowered by law or by supervisory and control bodies, and for the following purposes:

a) for registration on the website, for the order processing by RedTide snc through the support of the parent company and to deal with specific requests concerning the company activities;

b) for the fulfillment of instrumental and/or additional purposes to those referred to in the aforementioned paragraph, such as storing, processing, and profiling purposes;

c) for sending communications on future commercial and promotional initiatives and offers, as well as for the pursuit of instrumental and/or complementary purposes;

6. Nature of the data provision and consent

Failure to provide the data for the purposes set forth in paragraphs a), b), and c) will cause the impossibility to benefit of the services offered by Redtide snc, as required for the purposes of site registration, management of orders and other requests, as well as to fulfill the legal obligations.

The provision of data is optional for the purposes referred to in Paragraph 1 part c): in the case of the lack of consent for the purposes referred to in Paragraph 1 part c) will be not possible the sending of commercial and promotional communications.
